The solutions we devise with our clients are verified for economic adequacy and compliance with framework conditions (particularly compatibility with existing articles of association).<\/p>\n<p>Beyond that, we carry out executions of wills and advise clients in enforcing their inheritance titles.<\/p>\n<p>Our partner Dr. Friedrich Helmert is highly experienced through many years in devising testaments, also for estates with foreign assets. He is also an active lecturer in international inheritance tax law.
