Our field of expertise ranges from the at times necessarily disputable solution of shareholder conflicts in (family) companies to the resolution of matters of dispute following company acquisitions\/M&A and insolvency-related disputes to proceedings with professional liability backgrounds.<\/p>\n<p>We are also experienced regarding international arbitration (e.g. DIS, ICC).<\/p>\n<p>The focus of our work is an ideal representation of interests where litigation is not an end in itself but rather an instrument for dispute resolution.
