We advise demanding, internationally oriented companies and public institutions in matters of business law, particularly corporate law, tax law, accounting law and employment law. In appeal proceedings with fiscal authorities, fiscal courts and the German Federal Fiscal Court, we serve as expert stakeholders and legal counsel.<\/p>\n

Multiple qualifications and multidisciplinary cooperation<\/h2>\n

Our attorneys, some of whom are also qualified tax consultants and auditors, always keep an eye on tax-related, economic and human-resources aspects of any circumstance when developing solutions to our clients\u2019 concerns.<\/p>\n

As required and where requested by the client, we work in multidisciplinary teams with the auditors and tax consultants at our group company HLB Schumacher<\/a> to devise custom-tailored and successful solutions.<\/p>\n

International expertise<\/h2>\n

We also provide support in international issues.<\/p>\n
