In appeal proceedings with fiscal authorities, fiscal courts and the German Federal Fiscal Court, we serve as expert stakeholders and legal counsel.

Multiple qualifications and multidisciplinary cooperation

Our attorneys, some of whom are also qualified tax consultants and auditors, always keep an eye on tax-related, economic and human-resources aspects of any circumstance when developing solutions to our clients’ concerns.

As required and where requested by the client, we work in multidisciplinary teams with the auditors and tax consultants at our group company HLB Schumacher to devise custom-tailored and successful solutions.

International expertise

We also provide support in international issues.

Through the HLB network, we always have access to renowned law firms as cooperation partners for foreign jurisdictions.

We are members of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the leading association for international tax law experts. Its regional section, IFA Westfalen, is managed by us.
