Our experience in civil litigation, particularly in commercial, inheritance and corporate law disputes, spans decades.
We are and have been active either as legal counsel or as arbitrators in many arbitration proceedings. Our field of expertise ranges from the at times necessarily disputable solution of shareholder conflicts in (family) companies to the resolution of matters of dispute following company acquisitions/M&A and insolvency-related disputes to proceedings with professional liability backgrounds.
We are also experienced regarding international arbitration (e.g. DIS, ICC).
The focus of our work is an ideal representation of interests where litigation is not an end in itself but rather an instrument for dispute resolution. Sometimes, however, it is necessary to make full use of procedural means all the way to enforcement.
