Our consulting approach features two tiers. Based on our tax law expertise we are capable of protecting our clients against unfounded tax judgements made by prosecuting bodies as criminal defence attorneys and also to keep an eye on the specific criminal aspects of the proceedings.

Usually, we succeed in handling criminal tax proceedings without high-publicity trials in ordinary courts.

We have extensive experience with tax-related voluntary disclosure. Where matters go to trial, our partner Dr. Friedrich Helmert also acts as a criminal defence attorney before the criminal courts.
