Series Wirtschafts- und Steuerrecht

Aimless legislative action, fast-moving legislation, non-harmonised regulations and other things make it harder to handle legal matters on a day-to-day basis. Science develops the dogmatic foundations.

However, it often lags behind developments and sometimes notices practical problems rather late.

This gives rise to the need for practically oriented scientists and science-oriented practitioners to pool their insights. HLB Deutschland is happy to contribute with the series Wirtschafts- und Steuerrecht.

The series is published by:

  • Prof. Dr. Christian Jahndorf, attorney and partner at HLB Schumacher, extraordinary professor at the institute for tax law, Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster
  • Prof. Dr. Marc Desens, Leipzig University
  • Prof. Dr. Rolf Eckhoff, Universität Regensburg
  • RiBFH Michael Wendt, presiding judge at the German Federal Fiscal Court
